I have just been billed for a trial I had no intention of using after 24 hours of trying Shopify out. I have tried over a dozen different emails and none of them are the ones I used to register the store.
I am at a total loss as to what I should do. Is there anyone I can speak to on the shopify admin team whom I can give my credit card details to inorder to verify my id, that is the only way I can think of so I can cancel the subscription and hopefully get my money back! Otherwise i'm going to have to ask my bank to block shopify but more than that I need my refund because I have not used the service at all!
