I enabled International Markets. Now payouts are on hold.

Has anyone experienced this? This is weird. Before they just put my payouts on hold, why can't they show a warning message like "If you enable International Markets, we'll pause your payouts."? 

If they could show a warning message, I would have never selected this option. It looks like an administrative error in backend. Now I have to wait until customer support reaches out to me.
