I got logged out and wth is business verification documents

Hi, I am in the process of launching my small business and need assistance with two issues I'm facing with my Shopify account:

1. I received an email requesting that I update my Shopify Payments details and submit business verification documents. As this is a small personal business I'm setting up, I do not have the typical legal documents required for this process. Therefore, I am unsure how to proceed. 

2. While figuring out no.1, I was trying to confirm my email address with Shopify, and unfortunately, I am unable to log back into my account because I have lost access to my authentication app codes and recovery keys.

These issues have been very frustrating, and despite extensive research, and chatting with the help center, I have not found any helpful solutions!

I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving these matters.

As far as requirements for verifying your business, I would recommend replying back to the email directly for further instructions. As our payments team can assist you with what's required.

If you are unable to login and do not have the authentication codes, we'll need to send you over to our authenticated support where our accounts team can verify you and then remove the 2 factor authentication requirement from the account. You can do this by reaching out at our help center.
