I got scammed by the store Shadow Atom

I believe I got scammed by the store Shadow Atom, previously used Shopify to sell fake products

I tried to contact them but there is no response 

I tried to submit a ticket but Shopify requires me to wait until then order has been placed for 30 days which I believe the amount of time for the scammers get away with all their victims’ money

They had the custom domain: shadow-atom.com

And the order confirmation is

If this is not your concern, please ignore it. I believe I am not the first user who got scammed by a Shopify-based online store.

If there is something you can do please let us know so that the scammed users just like me know what to do when being scammed by a Shopify-based store.

that sucks, I am sorry.
For now, the Shopify support is your best bet, I believe.

It would be great if you can post the result after the 30 days and what they were able to do. It might help the next person.

Hello

I ordered a retroconsole from them, got tracking numer. Couldnt track it because the carrier has not registered it as sent. I mailed the store and they helped me, mailed again and they answered again. I havent got my package yet thou and there website is down.

My question if they want to scam me, why bother the package numer, why bother answer my mail 2 times? my theori is they want to stall the customers to buy time to get away with there scam.
