Hi Shopify community,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is rayan sid, and I recently had an unfortunate experience with a Shopify seller. I ordered an item, but unfortunately, I received the wrong product. I have been trying to reach out to the seller for a return, but unfortunately, they are not responding to my inquiries.
I wanted to share this experience with the community to seek any advice or assistance you might have. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? If so, how did you handle it, and were you able to resolve the issue successfully?
Actually they are fraud rschronoindian@gmail.com and they are using shopsify application to make people fool plz clear my issues

When a seller disappears and you’ve received the wrong item, the quickest way to get your money back is usually through your payment method. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, open a dispute and explain you never got what you ordered—most processors will refund you when the merchant doesn’t respond.
At the same time, report the store to Shopify so they can investigate the fraud. You can go to https://www.shopify.com/legal/report‑abuse and file a complaint with the URL of the seller’s site, your order number, and any emails you’ve exchanged. Shopify’s Risk & Abuse team will review it and can remove the store if it’s violating their terms.
If you still want the product and the seller suddenly comes back, you might be able to work out a return label or exchange. But definitely protect yourself first via your bank or PayPal dispute, then let Shopify know about the fraud so other customers don’t get caught.
