I have been along time haven't login my admin account & I lost or get banned(I don't know which one)

Just like the subject. I have been a long time haven't login so maybe I got banned or something.

Shopify keep billing me for a years ago & now I want to cancel my plan or try renew the shop, 

but shopify show that my account have not access to my store and told me to ask the admin for access.

I have the picture about the email of the bill and the problem page. Please someone help me to login my store,

there have not any tel. to let me contact shopify for help, so I hope someone can give me a feedback here.
