Hi, @!

I have taken a look at your website and would like to suggest the following -

  • On your home page, instead of displaying the Self Defense Siren at the outset, you should look at personalising the home page more so that it clearly defines your brand. The home page is the first page your customers will see when clicking onto your website so you want to ensure you're making a great first impression. You can add in a slideshow professional photo of an aspect related to your business, a small text section with a business statement and add in reviews onto this page also. Here is a great blog we have with tips on Designing your Homepage.

  • Add an About Us page and talk about the story and inspiration behind building this business. This is the opportunity for your customers to get to know you and really adds to the trust factor behind a brand.

  • Add more questions into your FAQ section - there will be many questions that may come to a customers mind when shopping online and it's important to have these answered. You can include questions related to shipping times, refunds, exchange process etc

I also understand you have also been advertising on Snapchat and Pinterest. Another tool I would recommend utilising is the UpPromote: Affiliate Marketing app as this will help with affiliate and influencer marketing.

You may also want to branch out into promoting your business on TikTok. TikTok ranks in the top 10 amongst apps for consumer spending worldwide, with the distribution of users in the United States showing an overwhelming lean toward teenage to young adult audiences. With our dedicated Shopify app, you can create video ads, track results, and manage all your orders from their admin. It’s definitely worth checking out for a way to reach specific target audiences and drive sales with them.
