I have people visiting my site and I have video ads running on Snapchat and I’m not getting sales

i made my website and I have tried advertising on Snapchat and Pinterest so far and I am getting traffic but no sales and I don’t know why. Any advice?

• On your home page, instead of displaying the Self Defense Siren at the outset, you should look at personalising the home page more so that it clearly defines your brand. The home page is the first page your customers will see when clicking onto your website so you want to ensure you're making a great first impression. You can add in a slideshow professional photo of an aspect related to your business, a small text section with a business statement and add in reviews onto this page also. • Add an About Us page and talk about the story and inspiration behind building this business. This is the opportunity for your customers to get to know you and really adds to the trust factor behind a brand.

• Add more questions into your FAQ section - there will be many questions that may come to a customers mind when shopping online and it's important to have these answered. You can include questions related to shipping times, refunds, exchange process etc
