I just cant trust anyone. Telling me they can help grow my store and get sales.....

So I have been on Shopify now for around a week and the website looks great (in my eyes) however I have had around 40 - 50 messages and emails from various people saying they can help me grow my conversion rates and help with SEO's and also convert visitors to customers. But I have a big problem, I don't trust anyone, 

I suppose my questions are:

1. where do I go for help with my online store that is a trustworthy source?

2. are all the emails and messages just scams trying to take your money?

I would be willing to pay for the best professionals out there to help get my first sale, I just don't know where they are haha.
