I signed up a few days ago for the trial and I haven't done anything to it yet because I'm working with an agency that will handle design and adding my custom made original products. I've reviewed the use policy and all and nothing seems wrong to me. Could this be a mistake? I haven't adjusted the account or uploaded anything at all.
"We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed."

I did this and talked with Jazzy in chat. I then also submitted the dispute details and my ID twice but I keep getting an application error page.
