I used the free trial for a week to try out shopify with a test store and planned to close it when the free trial ended(already did) but i still got charged for the plan because i had to input my card information, I was totally unaware and forgot about this, the store has no use anymore and is inactive, how do i get refund?

You can request a refund by contacting Shopify Support if your store is closed. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
