I need help getting my store working with my Facebook and Instagram.

I've had my shop on hold for several months due to personal conflicts and need help making sure it's ready for business. I have never had a sale and I'm confused about connecting Facebook and Instagram. I'd also like to have Pinterest connected. As I am not very tech savvy, I don't know where to begin.  My shop is www.knottycheryl.com.  Any help will be gratefully received.

Connect Facebook & Instagram:

• Go to Shopify Admin > Sales Channels > Facebook.
  • Shopify will guide you through connecting your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
  • You’ll need a Facebook Business Manager account (https://business.facebook.com) and a Facebook Page for your store.
  • Instagram must be a business account linked to your Facebook page.
  • Follow Shopify’s prompts to connect and sync your products for Facebook and Instagram Shopping.
