I need help setting up meta fields true or false, to write the values in the code

I need to ask a question on the product page whether the client wants to subscribe to the product. Depending on the YES/NO answer, I need to show different prices and descriptions of benefits. I'm not very good in the code and I need to understand what values to insert there.

Now we try to use additional app with Subscription, but it doesn't quite suit us and we wouldn't want to use it.

To achieve this sort of functionality, you'll either need to employ some custom coding for your product page templates for your subscription products, or find a third party app that is able to achieve all, or at least some, of the functionality you're looking for. Shopify Support Staff are trained in code, so we can't suggest what sort of coding to add, but we can recommend that you check out our 'Subscription App' page in the App Store. On this page are a list of different subscription apps you can try to see if they match what you're looking for. Additionally, you can reach out to the Support Teams for these apps to see if they have the ability to help you build the functionality that you're hoping to achieve.
