I need to increase the size of my image block with text

Hey, I am having issues with an image block with text. I want to increase the size of the image block so my photo is better sized on the page. Currently its 2000px x 500px but its way to skinny and I can't fit a good home page photo. Can someone help me increase the size of this in coding.

I am also also having trouble that my text and button over the image drops down below the image when I select mobile version. Can this be changed to stay on the image?
