I am writing to appeal the recent closure of my Shopify store. I believe this closure was done in error, as I have not violated any of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policies to my knowledge. My name is Jack Patersonal. I had recently updated my payment information to continue paying for my Shopify subscription plan when I discovered my store had been unexpectedly closed.
I am unsure why my store was considered in violation of your policies.
My store sold Dropshipping Products and operated without issue since I opened it on 01/17/2024. I would greatly appreciate if you could please review my account again. My store on your platform is important to me and I would like the opportunity to remedy any issues to continue selling.
Please let me know if any additional information is needed from me. I am happy to cooperate to show I have not violated any rules that would warrant my account closure. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing back from you.

We aren't able to see or manage your account here in the Shopify Community, but I can share some information to help you out with this. Typically if there is an issue with your account you would be notified over email with more information and any next steps needed to resolve the issue. I recommend checking your emails for any emails from Shopify regarding your account. If you aren't seeing any emails in your inbox, please also check your junk or spam folders.
