Hello customer service,
I hope you are all doing well. My name is Izzy Rice. I am reaching out regarding my subscription. I will like to say that I am unfortunately not the wealthiest person. I tried drop shipping on Shopify to get some money. Unfortunately so far it has been a big waste of money. I spent so much money on getting my store set up like over a hundred dollars. I didn't really have much money after that so I really needed to save up. I also was doing really badly in sales. So my store was always inactive. This morning I got an email about a $42 charge on my card to renew my subscription. I really wouldn't have wanted to renew my subscription if it asked for my consent. I understand that your terms of service had stated that you don't really allow refunds on subscriptions but since I have been struggling with money, I really hope you find it in your hearts to make an exception. Yea i wish there was a way to remove my dam credit card off of there. Its so ovb how they try to hold you on the store and take your money.
