I received a fake DCMA copyright takedown notice

Hey!

Yesterday I received a DCMA takedown without any justification. The store does not look same, and all images and text I published I am the copyright owner. The images I created by myself with my photographer.

I instantly submitted a counter notice and also replied to shopify and sent them all kind of proof that I am the copyright owner. (RAW files from photo shootings, signed document from my photographer that confirms my ownership etc.)

Anyway my product page is still suspended and there is no possibility that I get it back online and I do not receive a response from shopify.

Is there anything else I can do to get my content online again?
Or is there any chance to change the product URL of the suspended product so I can add a different product to my running ads?

Thank you in advance for any kind of help!

Hi, @pleh93. We won't have more information to share about this specific DMCA copyright notice here over the Shopify Community. That being said, if you believe the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification the best thing to do is to submit a counter notice, as you've mentioned. We have more information about responding to DMCA copyright notices on this page. That guide also explains more about what happens after you file a counter notice.
