I received no emails or notifications that my store was inactive

As I said in the title.
I then went and tried to contact the shopify support team and they told me that they had escalated the issue and then I received an email from "legal@shopify.com" asking me to provide proof of address, proof of business affiliation, proof of inventory, relevant social media links.
I submitted everything as requested, but it's been a week now and I haven't received any response from them, I've been trying to reach out to the online support team every day, and all they tell me is that the issue has been escalated. I've been like 'legal@shopify.com" every day and never got any response.
What confuses me the most is that I haven't received a single email and my store has become inactive.
Geez, I have $300,000 worth of goods waiting in the warehouse, someone please come to my rescue! I haven't even started the actual sale yet, they just arrived. I still have a lot of important information in there that I can't access.
Can anyone help me? Or what is the most efficient way to resolve this situation, I no longer count on shopify's online customer service and legal team.
