I think i got scammed

I orderd an item form the baselbasel shop but i didnt get any updates from the order link. I tried to contact them on Email and they didnt get back to me, I also messaged  them on instagram but they only asked me about the order number and thats it.

would like to get help with this , Thanks.

If you think you've been scammed contact your payment provider (paypal, credit card provider etc) and report it to them. They are the only one's who can help you get your money back.

Thanks bob I will try it, but I want a staff to look at the site if its a scam or not
