I think I've been scammed. Kimurakami.com

I've ordered a kimono from this site for about 106USD and a few days later still no contact besides the order confirmation when I placed the order, by now it should've already given me a tracking number or something. Whenever I try to contact the site by email, Gmail tells me that the mail account does not exist. Is this a scam and should order a chargeback or should I still wait since it might be legit and I'm just stressing out?

However, it's important to note that Shopify does not conduct business on behalf of merchants. This means that Shopify does not oversee any aspects of the merchant's business, including orders, products, shipping, or day-to-day activities. Shopify provides the tools and infrastructure for merchants to run their businesses independently.


That being said, on what date did you place the order? Have you tried checking the website to see if there is a contact form, secondary email or any social media handles you can contact them on?

I've checked the entire site, there are no other ways to contact them.
They do have an youtube channel but I found no mail for contact.
Only way to contact them is to use the mail they provide, but it doesn't exist.

You should try to contact them via other channels like social media, support team, or hotline. If you still do not get any response or suspect a scam, you should speak with your bank or credit card company and bring this to their attention. They have additional processes to help retrieve your funds for the purchase.

I have found no other social media, and I cant contact their support team since the mail they provide does not exist.
