I’ve been trying to cancel but at this point I don’t know where to go I cannot get anyone on a phone and I don’t see anything else.

I understand you wish to deactivate your store and stop your subscription. I am happy to help you with that. 


If you are able to sign into your store admin then you will have the option to deactivate the store at any time. You can find the detailed steps on how do that in our Help Center: Shopify Help Center | Pausing or deactivating your store.


If for any reason you are not able to deactivate your store yourself you can connect with our support team directly through our Help Center for further assistance. Open the AI chat window in our Help Center and type "contact support".
