I've merged three stores using 'Markets', now I need to redirect two domains to home domain

I currently have three stand alone stores. I have replicated these stores using 'Markets' and now want to redirect the domains I will no longer be using to my home store. I can just point the domains to the home site domain, but is there a way within Shopify I can do this so I don't lose any SEO juice as we rank pretty well for one of the stores.
