I want to activate my inactive Shopify stores. I don't know why Shopify inactive my store. I want to know why they inactive my store. if anyone tells me why Shopify inactive my store and what is the solution to activate again my inactive store. I want my store back as soon as possible. Already 4 days gone. I am very tense about my Shopify store is inactive. so please give me some solution to fix the problem. i need the solution as soon as possible. Even we are unable to login to the backend also. No clue what is happening/
we found it was inactive by 22nd November. We didn't receive any emails regarding that. And we connected with the support team, we get the same message that our expert team is working on it.

I can understand this is difficult. I'm afraid it is not possible for anyone here to tell you why an account was inactivated, as access to the back end of your account would be required for this and that access is only possible through our secure live support channel. Did you receive any emails in relation to the store being made inactive? If so - replying to this email directly is the best next step to take here.

Past 4 days we receive the same message from the help center, that expert team is working on it and they will rectify the issue. But no one tells what is the issue and why it is inactive. And also no timeframe for this.
