I want to apply dynamic link on image banner section in dawn theme

I want to apply a dynamic link on the image banner section in the dawn theme 7.0.1 version please help me I am stuck with this issue and have also tried many solutions but none helped me out as I expected.

Dynamic Links Means I want to place 2-3 image banners on my website's homepage and all those 2-3 banners have different links to a specific webpage where I want to redirect them e.g first banner links to the about us page, second redirects to offers page and the third one goes to the social media handles
