All things Shopify and commerce
Hello I am in the process of creating a store. We sell services and products. A few of the services we offer, require the customer to ship the product to me. I want the customer to be able to purchase the product from my store and then they get a shipping label emailed to them or something along those lines so they can use that label to mail it to my physical store. From there, we complete the repair and send it back to them. These shipping costs both ways are calculated in the price of the item. For example a car wheel repair; (almost all tires weigh the same and should be around the same price to ship) depending on where being shipped from I want this to be done automatically if possible. Sort of how Mercari creates and emails a label to the seller. Any ideas or apps/tools I can use to set this up?
Hi @OhPancakes
This feature can be added by heavy coding on order notification templates or you can manually send the shipping labels to the customer once you already bought one. You can also try these applications and see if they have the feature that you are looking for: PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label, Envia Shipping and Fulfillment, and ReadyToShip Shipping Labels.
