I want to restrict certain zip codes from being able to check out.

My store will only be subscription based. For this, I am using the Appstle Subscription app. I am trying to find an app that will only allow certain zip codes to order from the store. Right now, I am trying to use the Easy zip code check & validate app to do so. 

The problem I am facing is that people are still able to check out even after inputting a zip code that is restricted. Is there another way/app that can check the customer's zip code at checkout and disallow people from restricted zip codes to continue to payment? Please help.

Add a condition that - If a customer enters the serviceable pincode - after that add to cart button is enabled.
