complete insanity, after 10 years no longer keeping site. too many issues. FIRST AFTER SPENDING 100,S OF HOURS building site i was just turned off with no reasons. They said i was using fraud which is rediculous. A company in Miami purchjased from my site. The shopify store told me it was highly risky to purchase. The customer got mad and contacted shopify and claimed all these lies after i did what shopify asked and canceled sale. They emmediately shut down store. Im wondering if shopify is able to put your sites together and keep you off the internet all together. January i never want to use this stupid buggy Host ever again.

Hi,

This is Richard at PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.

It sounds like you've had a very frustrating experience with Shopify. Here's a breakdown of your concerns and some potential next steps:

Key Issues:

  • Account Deactivation: Your store was deactivated without clear reasons, causing significant disruption to your business.
  • False Fraud Accusations: The accusation of fraud seems baseless, especially after you followed Shopify's advice and canceled the sale.
  • Lack of Transparency and Support: The lack of clear communication and limited support options from Shopify are major concerns.

Potential Concerns:

  • Ability to Control Your Site: You're concerned that Shopify has the power to completely shut down your online presence.

Next Steps:

  1. Gather Evidence:

    • Order History: Collect all records of the order in question, including communication with the customer and Shopify.
    • Communication Records: Save all communication with Shopify support, including chat logs and emails.
    • Business Records: Gather any relevant business records that can support your case, such as bank statements and invoices.
  2. Escalate the Issue:

    • Formal Appeal: Submit a formal appeal to Shopify, clearly outlining the issues and providing all relevant documentation.
    • Contact Shopify Executives: Try to reach out to higher-level Shopify executives through email or social media.
    • Explore Legal Options: Consult with an attorney specializing in e-commerce or business law to discuss potential legal claims, such as breach of contract or defamation.
  3. Seek Alternative Solutions:

    • Explore Alternative Platforms: Research alternative e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce (hosted on WordPress), BigCommerce, or Squarespace.
    • Consider Building Your Own Platform: If you have the technical expertise, you could consider building your own e-commerce website from scratch.

Hoping my solution helps you solve your problem.

Best regards,

Richard | PageFly

In all faireness to shopify after looking at my emails there was a complaint last year. Also its very hard to deal with china products as everyone claims ownership. I had a few issues so be very careful on who you buy from which i didnt do as well as i could have. Unfortunately some of my sites never showed up on search engines but now i know that you need to put in extra work on seo to be visible. Meaning Googles search console. Webmaster tools and continue to work on searches. It is alot of work and sometimes almost crazy waiting to see your site. I think this has more to do with how the algerithms but whats crazy is when i submitted website in other hosting they came right up. Some  stores they show up well others dont.
