ID theft - fraudulent account created with my email, name, address, AND phone number

I went to purchase some pans from a vendor I've never used before and the check-out automatically populated all of the fields with Shopify, which had my name, home and shipping addresses, email address, credit card and phone number.  I NEVER created a Shopify account.  So, I went to the Shopify site, changed the password on the account and logged in.  When I tried to access any of the pages where I could cancel the account, they were blank.  I tried several times and the same thing (I've worked in IT over 25 years so please don't offer suggestions on what could be wrong with "my computer' - there is nothing wrong with 'my computer').  The virtual assistant was AWFUL going in circles forever.  There is no contact phone number or any kind of real help. HOW DO I DELETE / FLAG my account as fraudulent / ID theft??  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

It sounds like your Shopify account may have been created through a third-party store without your knowledge. To address this, first, log into your Shopify account, go to the Account Settings, and try changing your email or removing your credit card details.
