Identifying coding error

I had some coding work done on my products (arrows that allow you to scroll through the item's pictures, as shown in the screenshot below) but the arrows have stopped working for some reason. Can anyone identify the reason why? I'm not getting a response from the developer I used. Thank you

Could you let me know what is the name of the theme that you're using?

 

You mentioned that you have done this coding work yourself, and while we cannot directly help with custom code, if you're using one of our free Shopify themesour Themes team could help you with the broken arrows. 

 

Since you shared the link to your store, I was able to browse around and I was super impressed!

 

A pleasant and simple colour scheme, with many products laid out for ease of navigation but they don't make the page feel saturated - great work!

 

Are you advertising at this time? If you haven't already, you can take a look at the

Hi Lana,

 

Thank you for your reply, and also for your kind words regarding the site 🙂 This is the Showcase theme, so not a free one I'm afraid. I will just have to hope that the developer I used responds to me soon

I see - not to worry!

 

I had a look, and I found that the developers of the Showcase theme actually offer their own support on their developer website here.

 

I would recommend you reach out to them as well, as they know their theme code best and may be able to help you restore those arrows quicker!
