Identity verification and payments

Hello, I have received orders on my Shopify store, but there isn't any date for when I will receive the payments, and it says it is "pending." It isn't my first Shopify store I run, and those I had before had the same problem. However, there was a notification message that told me to verify my identity, and then I fulfilled it, and the problem was solved, and I received my sales payments. This time, I don't have this notification message, and I don't know where to go on Shopify to verify my identity to receive the payouts. Can anyone help me, please?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm happy to provide some assistance with your payouts, to ensure this gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, are you seeing a banner within the Shopify admin asking you to verify some details?

 

If not, I'd encourage you to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to determine why it's stuck in a pending state and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.

  • Head over to our Help Center.

  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.

  • Log into your shop.

  • Select one of the available support options.
