Image Banner - Full Width Blurry/Zoomed In

Hello,

I'm using the Craft theme and am trying to set up Image Banners on our portfolio page. I've noticed on the full width option (desktop and mobile look fine), that the image is incredibly zoomed in and blurry. I edited my images to a 3:2 ratio as suggested and asked support what I was doing wrong to no avail. I'm not super fluent in coding so I'm not sure if there's something obvious I may be missing in the liquid to adjust this, or if there is a ratio/size I missed somewhere to make this fit well. Images were initially 1920x1080, altered to 1920x1280 after seeing the 3:2 suggestion.

Does anybody have an easy solution as to why it does this?
