Image banner on home page not updating DAWN

Hello

The image on my banner has been updated in theme customisation however when I go to preview the site or launch the live site it has an old photo as the image banner. How can I make this update to the new image?

Any help is appreciated

Yes. It looks like it has updated when working in customisation but it is not updating on the site.

New to shopify so any pointers welcome
