Image Optimization for Responsive Images

Lightspeed is indicating that several of my images are not correctly sized. I used responsive image linter to analyze the images. What I don't understand is what exactly I need to do to correct the images? I have tried various image sizes but continue to get the same response. Is this a CSS fix? Or am I just not sizing the images correctly? I need some advice. Please see the attached message from image linter. https://share.cleanshot.com/cWRnvLBH
