All things Shopify and commerce
Hello.
We are sending products to Shopify based on URL through an external system.
However, some products are displayed incorrectly due to overlapping images.
How can I solve this problem and what is the problem?
Hey @FNFcorp
Welcome to Shopify Community! Can you share your Store URL so I can have a look on it? Also, if you have password enabled then please share the password as well. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Moeed
Right now I'm not sure if you can check by providing the URL as I can change the image directly in the Shopify admin and it works fine.
@Moeed I'll send you the image link

Hi @FNFcorp
It's clear the overlapping issue is throwing a wrench in your product display, likely because the external system isn’t formatting the image URLs correctly for Shopify. This can happen if multiple images are being sent with improper sizing, resolution, or metadata, causing them to stack awkwardly on your product page.
To fix this, first check the image dimensions (Shopify recommends 800x800px or higher) and ensure only one primary image per product is set as the default in your external system. Next, test uploading a single, properly sized image manually to see if the overlap disappears, then adjust your system’s export settings accordingly.
Hope this helps!
