Importing from EBay to Shopify

I have a large ebay store that contains over 2,000 items.  Would like recommendations on a good company that can merge the two sites together and sync future sales and correct quantities of items.  Weve been trying some companies out but they aren’t taking items off of Shopify when it sells on ebay and some of my Shopify quantities are wrong.
