Impulse Theme - Changing Text Colour Only on H2 In Blog Posts

Hello there

I have two blog related font questions:

(1) I've noticed a really pretty blog where the owner used a different font colour for only their H2 titles in the blogs. I really like the look of it but can't work out in the Impulse theme how to modify the colour for only H2 titles in Blog posts.... I don't suppose anyone out here could help with some code for this please? 

(2) For some reason the Impulse theme Capitalises H3s (or it might H4s). It's very annoying and i wondered if anyone could help un-capitalise these blog heading for me with some code too!
