Hey @DSS5

I checked and i found no problem with the website. I can suggest you some troubleshootings:

  1. Sometimes, the browser's zoom level can affect how the site is displayed. Make sure it's set to the default 100%.

  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reload the page to see if the issue persists.

  3. If you're using any third-party plugins or extensions in your website, they might be causing conflicts. Try disabling them one by one to identify the culprit.

  4. Check on some other device or computer.

Best of luck

Thanks it worked. I had to bring it down to 50% though.

Certainly! Your desktop view switching to mobile view might be due to settings changes, website design, or system updates. To fix it:

Check Browser Settings: Reset zoom to 100% in your browser settings.

Website Design: Clear cache and cookies, and refresh the page.

Display Settings: Verify the correct resolution in system settings.

Operating System Updates: Revert any unintended changes.

Graphics Card Settings: Ensure settings match your monitor.

Restart Computer: A restart might resolve the issue.

Disable Extensions: Test by disabling browser extensions.

Scan for Malware: Run an antivirus scan to rule out threats.

I hope it will help.

Hello @DSS5,

This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

Sudden changes in the way your Shopify store is displayed, such as switching from desktop view to mobile view unexpectedly, could be due to a variety of reasons. Here are some suggestions for resolving the issue.

-> Please ensure that your theme settings are checked and that the responsive design configurations are correctly set up. Additionally, consider previewing your store across various devices and screen dimensions to observe its adaptability.

-> Take a look at any recent modifications applied to your theme's code, settings, or layout. If you pinpoint any alterations that could be responsible for the problem, contemplate reverting them or seeking guidance from a developer.

-> To troubleshoot, try temporarily deactivating third-party applications individually. This process can help identify if any of these applications are the cause of the issue. Similarly, if you've integrated custom code snippets, review them for potential conflicts.

-> Resolve potential browser issues by clearing your browser's cache and cookies. After doing so, refresh the page to determine if the problem persists.

-> Examine the update notes for your theme to see whether any adjustments were made to the responsive design element. Should the update be the source of the problem, you may need to make adjustments to your store's settings accordingly.

-> If the issue persists, consider disabling any active browser extensions or device simulator settings that might be contributing to the problem.

If none of these suggestions resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Shopify's support or hiring a Shopify expert/developer who can investigate the issue further.
