Inactive store for over 2 weeks!

Hi. We have had so many issues now with this store. The store was made inactive over 2 weeks ago. We have reached out every day multiple times and have not received a response up until now where we just got an email asking for the same documents we sent 2 weeks ago. We have had no help from the chat support. They told us last week our case was being reviewed and we would hear back within 24-48 hours. It is now almost a week later and nothing. All we have asked for is for confirmation that they have received our legal documents and an eta but we keep getting the same unhelpful response. 


What can we do? This is becoming a legal matter as we have been lied to many times and have this all on record. Our money and store is being held with no real information or even a time frame for resolution.

I understand where you are coming from. The most ETA when submitted a document to confirm if received by them is usually 24 to 72 hours. Though this is past 72 hours already, I know it is not ideal but, the best course of action for now, is to keep an open communication with Shopify support team as they have more knowledge regarding your account status. You can also notify them the urgency of this matter and they will take necessary actions to speed up the case if possible.
