Include Shipping & Tips in Order Value sent to Meta Pixel

My Meta Pixel is installed but Meta is not receiving the total order value as Shipping and Tips are deliberately removed by Shopify's app (!).  These two items are very important to me, so I need them included in the value sent to Meta. How can I achieve this ?  I've seen some apps in the store that wil do this - like Trackify - but they are too expensive at $50 per month.
