Incorrect notification

Hi Guys

Is there a way to set the tracking url on the order fulfilled email notification, the courier system we use is sending the incorrect courier name to shopify and shopify then sends the tracking link for the incorrect company. The IT dept for the courier system are rectifying this bit could take a few weeks. We are getting lots of emails from customers because the tracking kink is incorrect. Thanks for the help
