Incorrect Shipping Settings Display on Google Merchant Center (GMC)

We are currently experiencing an issue with our shipping settings on Shopify. Upon updating our settings, we have noticed that our shipping estimates on Google Merchant Center (GMC) are not accurately reflecting our intended shipping options. Our desired shipping options include:

  • Flat rate free shipping with a handling time of 0-0 (cutoff 3PM EST) days and transit time of 3-5 days.
  • $15 expedited shipping with a handling time of 0-0 (3PM EST cutoff) days and transit time of 1-2 days.

However, when we attempt to set these options on Shopify, on GMC the displayed shipping options are as follows:

  • Free shipping with a handling time of 5-5 days and transit time of 3-4 days. (should be 0-0 and 3-5)
  • $15 shipping with a handling time of 5-5 days and transit time of 1-2 days. (should be 0-0 and 1-2)

We are seeking assistance in resolving this issue, as we have been unable to locate options to edit handling and transit times for custom flat rates within Shopify.

Then in Google Merchant Center manually update your shipping settings.

This is happening to me too. But the problem arises that my store has over 45,000 products & variations. Would you be able to help with that?

Hi, I have disable automatic updates for shipping settings as you suggest, but the Shipping settings still cannot be edit.

 Please help~

Unfortunately, you can no longer add your own shipping details if you are using Google and Youtube app. I recommend you send a complaint to Google.

Hi, thanks for that! I just watched this video and noticed there are 3 solutions you suggest in this video, but now you only suggest me to contact google, does it means the other 2 solutions are not working?

I have not tried it. The solutions i provided are based on my understand how it can be fixed. In other words, share my understanding what you can try.
