All things Shopify and commerce
I try to install certain apps, and on occasion I get an error message where I am logged in and try to install something from the app store, and it redirects me to a screen which shows the following error message:
You don't have this app installed
Get Inflowkit and try again.
However if I press the install button from this screen it simply refreshes the error message, preventing me from ever reaching a possible install page.
This has occurred to me on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, and with at least 3 different apps now, starting only this week. I never saw this screen previously, so I honestly assume it might be some sort of A/B Testing that is broken. I don't generally mind, but I really want to get Inflowkit.
This particular app (although this is not the case for all the apps that have given me this error) I had previously installed. I began to experience a strange error on my website shortly after, so i briefly uninstalled it to debug. After concluding the app was not the cause of my websites bug I returned to the app page to reinstall it, and now I cannot get the typical install screen and am stuck on this page.
It offered an essential flow to my website at a low cost, and so I am trying very hard to resolve this issue. Please let me know if this can be resolved, even if in a roundabout way.
Hi,
Hope following will help
I tried all of those solutions before posting here.
I have tried this on all three main browsers, and both mobile and desktop. This issue happens the same regardless, it is not an issue with my tech, but with something shopify has implemented preventing me from downloading from an app certified as built for shopify.
