Hi @marabella ,
Happy to help here.
I believe I understand what you want to achieve. However, it would be really great if you could share an example of how your idea looks in action.
If you’re looking to make the email address clickable within product description, you'll need to add a hyperlink from the rich text editor. There is more about this under Insert links with the rich text editor in our Help center. I'll break down the steps for you below:
I'm guessing in this case it's, Online store > Products.
Here's a screenshot to explain further:
A tip for you as well, you can also make the phone number clickable by following the same steps, but entering "tel:" and then the phone number (instead of mailto:). That's explained in the help document I linked as well.
Let us know how this goes!

You can click </> button in product description and there you can add it like this
<a href="mailto:youemail">youremail</a>
Change youremail to valid email address.
Please check if it helps!
Thanks!

Thanks Iris,
I've got it now.
Hi,
I do have the same problem and following your steps either nothing happens or a 404 page not found pops up.
What could be the problem here?
Thanks for looking into this!
Hi @Zakami ,
Thank you for reaching out on this post. I’m sorry to hear the instruction provided above did not work for you too. It's rather curious that the email draft pop-up or tab with the autopopulated email address did not appear.
To better understand what might be going on in your case, could you please confirm if you added 'mailto:' in front of your email address when following the instructions? This is an important part of the process for it to work correctly.
Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of your current setup, similar to the screenshot I shared in the previous post. This will provide me with more context and allow me to assist you further.
