Insert image inside collapsible row - Dawn Theme

Hello!

I am trying to figure out how to insert one or more images inside the row of a collapsible content.

I am not interested in the collapsible content of the product, but the generic one that can be used as faq around my website. 

Here below you have an example with a little image (the blue smiley angel).

I have tried already to insert <img src=""> line into the text section but it's not read as HTML.
