Instagram Shop

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to set up Instagram Shop through Shopify, but I’m encountering an issue. When I go through the setup process, I receive this error message:

“These business assets aren’t currently eligible - you can still run campaigns by setting up ads on Facebook and Instagram. Alternatively, get support to help resolve issues with your business assets.”

Has anyone else run into this? I’ve double-checked that my account meets the eligibility requirements for Instagram Shop, but the error persists. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

I am experiencing this as well. Does anyone have a solution? It also states that this business is not the same as the one that owns the existing catalogs..
