Why isn't my website showing as connected on Instagram?

 Ive been struggling for weeks trying to get my shopify website connected to Instagram. Ive followed all instructions carefully. Shopify is telling me its been approved, but Instagram is not showing my website as connected when going to settings>shopping. I think there is a link missing a connection somewhere prob in FB? But I cant find it. I need someone to go through the whole chain with me to see where the issue lies. I cannot get anyone to help me? Shopify support say they cant help with FB much,
