Integrate Firebase Cloud Messaging with Shopify

Dear Customer Service, 

I want to integrate Firebase Cloud Messaging with Shopify and one of the integration steps is adding a Firebase-messaging-sw.js file in the root directory beside the index.html at the same level.
How I can do that?
