integrating bundle apps with klavijo

in the design of the mails for my klavijo flow, if a customer has left the check-out with 2/3 pieces when he receives the mail he will see the 2/3 pieces undiscounted. It's probably a code problem to integrate but I wouldn't know where to go. Can anyone help me?
