Inter Store Purchasing from Warehouse

We have one single warehouse with all the stocks online and we have 1 retail store, we want retail stores to purchase from online and we deliver. Based on their sales of that day they will have the capacity to buy the stock from warehouse. Hope this is available. I will be very grateful if someone can help me doing this. Thank you in advance.

It is definitely possible to implement this. But it is difficult to provide some suggestions not knowing the full picture.

Could you please provide more details - what products do you sell, the number of products, and do use any inventory management system for your store?

Ok, let's try to clarify: The retail store doesn't have its own inventory? The online sales are shipped from the warehouse and the retail store top-up their shelves from the warehouse? So you want to track qty that is moving from the warehouse to the retail store and how it is paid?
