internal links not clickable in dawn theme

Hello is anyone able to help with internal links. I have highlighted text to link to pages but they are not clickable. The external links seem to be working but whether I try manually adding or copy and pasting an internal link, it is not clickable.

This doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Please try linking to your site, and sharing a screenshot of where on the site the link is (that's not working), so that it can be troubleshooted.

Where it says please contact us here for example and refund policy here , the links do not work

You have not included any images or links with your replies, so I don't know what you're referring to.

Remove the 'magicalminikids.com" from the link URL, so that it reads as just "/policies/refund-policy" then save changes.

You don't need anything before the first slash, for internal links.
