International shipping errors

International shipping errors

Every time we try and turn on International shipping so we can ship to Canada and Europe it is showing all of your products as sold out. I don't know what settings aren't correct that is making this happen. Can you please help?

 

I am also looking for a Shopify expert to work with on our site. Do you offer recommendations of people that can help?

To resolve it, go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery in your Shopify admin and ensure that you have correctly set up shipping zones for Canada and Europe. Also, check your product inventory under Products to ensure items are not marked as "sold out" or restricted to specific regions. If you have location-based inventory or shipping profiles set up, make sure the products are available in those regions. Once these settings are correct, the products should be available for international shipping.
